Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक

Cumin Seed/Jeera - जीरा - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf/Tej Patta - तेज पत्ता
Cloves/Laung लौंग - 2
Black Peppercorns काली मिर्च - 6
Cinnamon Stick/Dalchini दालचीनी - 1
Green Choti Elaichi छोटी इलाइची - 2
Black Badi Elaichi - बड़ी इलाइची
Kashmiri Red chilly powder लाल मिर्च - 1 tsp
Red Chili लाल मिर्च (Lal Mirch) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर - 1.5 tbsp
