Chicken boneless 1 kg چکن بون لیس 1 کلو
2 tomatoes ٹماٹر 2 عدد
1 onion پیاز 1 عدد
3 capsicums شملہ مرچ 3 عدد
Yogurt 1 cup دہی 1 کپ
Oil ½ cup تیل ½ کپ
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ 2 ٹی سپون
Red chilli powder 1 tsp لال مرچ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Salt to taste نمک حسب ذائقہ
Coriander powder ½ tsp دھنیا پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
Cumin powder ½ tsp زیرہ پائوڈر½ ٹی سپون
Garam masala powder ¼ tsp گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر¼ ٹی سپون
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp الائچی پاؤڈر ¼ ٹی سپون
Black pepper powder ½ tsp پِسی ہوئی کالی مرچ پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
