Next I like you to see how you make a intake manifold for 6 weber carbs set up. 👍I been thinking using the stock intake and cut and add 4 more holes. I like that stock look setup so Kool and original

Would you be willing to build another one to sell? Also, what is the paint color you used for the coil cover?

I think some one likes fabricating its time for a replica.....or an old kit car that never got finished.... Harbour freight is the unofficial sponsor of just about every garage home builds in America...dont be Ashamed !!! Im building 2 Z cars my freind down the way is building two drag cars....we are always getting tools at harbour freight... We can not afford two project builds apeice AND good tools. So tools that are "good enough" Get the job , done. Good to see an update video Good to see the Datsun again.

I am thinking of also powdercoating my heat shield. I was wondering how yours held up to the heat of the engine. Any cracking or discoloration from the heat of the block? I would appreciate to hear about your experience. Thanks. Beautiful work on the engine!!

That air filter is exposed to the elements. Driving in the rain may be a problem.

I'm not doing a cold intake for my '71 but I certainly enjoy watching someone do quality fabrication. You can see the (admittedly) slow progress of my own project at Ace240z.com
