I have admit in the UK in the early 1990s as a kid Vanilla Ice was the biggest American rapper but when you get older read about the history of appropriation you kinda feel ashamed that you ever liked him. The sad thing is the appropriation continues today with British white soul singers. There are no longer any mainstream black soul singers in the UK any more, because of artist like Amy Winehouse, Adele, Sam Smith and Rag N Bone becoming big in America because white American loves black things with a white face. So now British record companies only look for white soul singers now. Also the weird thing about the UK is Public Enemy was the most popular hip-hop group for white people. Former Prime Minster David Cameron and toff said he was Public Enemy groupie.
@Delboy04 жыл бұрын
@The505Guys Jewish Europeans are mostly European, which is why they have white skin so they are white. Which is why you jewish people with Russian, English, German, Spanish and Italian surnames. Just because you have some sort of bigoted view where you don't want them to be white because they have a different religion, doesn't make it true. There is no way in hell you are going to convince me Timothee Chalamet, Scarlet Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chelsea Handler, Chris Pine, and Ansel Elgort are not white because they are Jewish

Im 44 . Im an old head. I remember when this movie debuted. It sucked then and it sucks even worse now. Great job with the review. Some of the comments were hilarious. Ice was a complete buffoon but he was getting stupid paid. The industry really destroyed him. He was a caricature of himself after his hits. In fact, he tried to commit suicide several times because he felte so alone nad was so abused by the industry. By the time this movie debuted, his fame already was on the down swing. And, yes this film embodies everything that was cheesy abou the early 90s. OMG. I was in 8th grade when this dropped. Brings back fond memories. thanks for the trip down memory lane. "drop that zero. get w/ a hero" perhaps the worst movie line of all time.

Out of all the times that nothing but trouble popped up, it never gets enough votes. Both the insanity and backstory behind it makes for a great discussion and a funny as hell review. hope they review it eventually. lol

@@JeonardShadby505 nice! I'll check it out. the behind-the-scenes stories are more crazy than the movie itself. WB did Dan Aykroyd wrong back then. forget the Snyder cut of justice league, I want cartoonish violence and gory dark humor if the Aykroyd cut of nothing but trouble!

@@patrickcharles6983 Oh yeah, I go full depth into all that stuff. I genuinely hope the day comes that Aykroyd is persuaded to give us the director's cut, because that movie is a fascinating work from a fascinating comedian, whether you love or hate it.

@@JeonardShadby505 that would be amazing. They had the gore scenes filmed already. if Tammy and the T-rex got to release the gore cut, Nothing but trouble deserves that same chance, it probably even has a bigger cult following than Tammy and the T-rex
