The only other difficult one I can think of is Seath, due to his massive size, going around to cut his tail is rather difficult, but that was compensated by the stun that happens when you destroy the crystal.

Since you posted this on my birthday, I guess this is as good a place as any to thank you for these videos. I had tried Dark Souls 1 previously on a few occasions, and it left me with quite a negative opinion about it. However, little by little, your videos about the different monsters, locations, out-of-bounds secrets and hidden details finally convinced me to really give it a try again. And while I still think the game is a bit obtuse ... dang it all if I didn't finally find myself having some fun playing it! I still don't think I'm playing it quite right lmao (I'm now Level 50 thanks to a bit of cheeky grinding with the Wyvern, yet haven't reached the second bell, plus I still couldn't tell you what the actual plot/point of the game is), but I also found myself enjoying the combat and the boss fights ... well, at least once I got past the Taurus Demon and finally found the right weapon / combat style that suited me. So congratulations - Your detailed exploration of the series helped turn one of Dark Souls' greatest detractors into someone who actually enjoys playing the game!
