There is a part that is supposed to come with the PS24LO that the clips are supposed to rest in, i think there is like a sticky tack for that part to be put onto the PA400R

I have that alarm in my collection. After receiving it in the package, the box itself is so small you can carry it in your pocket! I’m considering posting a TikTok about the PA400R’s pocket hack!

I saw both devices on eBay and the strobe comes with a plate with the clips that sticks to the front of the mini horn

I think it should be left to the consumer for adding the strobe because imo, if you can’t properly install an alarm, you shouldn’t

Alfredo Gonzalez most alarms have a high, low, (and sometimes) medium volume setting. This one might have a high and low setting if I remember correctly
