I agree with butt head I make my own thrash metal vests and it's a rule in the battle vest/jacket community weather you are a punk or a metalhead you have to make it yourself it's pretty much the only rule we have that is set in stone

"UK82" was a British movement, the name coined by Scottish band The Exploited in their song of the same name from (you guessed it) 1982. It's what came after the first wave of British punk in the 70s and "street punk" and Oi! circa 1980. Much of current Japanese punk culture, aesthetically, is inspired by that time and place (UK 1982).
