I didn’t know to use the flock for extra concealing w the powder. Thanks for the refresh going to get my Jane out now and play! Been using Jane Iredale for 30 years!!! Still in love with her Amazing Base. Also love her pressed base too. But I am partial to the Amazing Base. Sometihng about it. But I was devastated when they discontinued the Sunbeam bronzer but still love her powder foundations. 💜

Thank you for explaining that the powder foundation works best when applied in downward brush strokes (like “fish scales”). That description will stick with me and keep me from buffing in circular motions.

I love your Jane Iredale videos, Mandy , thank you ! I had to comment that I agree with you about the mascara, I definitely like it better than any of their others, and also without the primer! The lip glosses as well, I had so many of them but since they changed the formula, they no longer work for me, I find them too sheer and much preferred the thicker, previous versions. Yes, for sure! I would recommend the hydropure first and foremost. And both the powder foundations work on dry, mature skin in my experience.

I think the problem is the word "scales." We tend to avoid scaley anything.

I am also a light medium cool and I use the color light beige. I know it is in the light category, but I find it darkens a bit on the skin and is perfect.

Definitely try a puff or a sponge..that gives a ton more coverage. I will always recommend the hyropure serum foundation...it's my number one liquid foundation in all of my collection.

That corrector didn’t work for me. It was super drying. Is that why you’re saying you like to warm it up first ? You think that makes a difference?
