Hello Headmaster. I appreciate all the videos in the ice cream business. I’m in the process of opening a shop in Martinsburg Wv. I wanted to ask if you have covered customer flow in any of your previous videos? I want to maximize the speed in which customers are serviced product, ie two employees scooping, one making sundaes and shakes and one on the register. Thanks again. Justin
