Karen, this tutorial is fabulous!! I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is well done and easy to follow. So many ring instructions I have seen have looked like the design was stuck on. You did an outstanding job in blending the design to the band. I was amazed on how many layers it took for the ring to be done.

i love this ring. I have a couple of questions...if I were to make this ring could it be fired with a torch or is a kiln required? Can you torch fire PMC Flex? I can't seem to find any tutorials on torch firing rings.

HI Tari, this ring needs to be fired in a kiln. You can torch fire PMC Flex; however, it is not recommended to create rings out of fine silver. Sterling silver is recommended for rings and bracelets as these items take a lot of abuse, and sterling silver is stronger than fine silver. I have a q? U used the blue ring form at 9-1/2 .knowing it will shrink to approximately a size 7 ring .. could u show us how u fired it ? From what I understood the blue ring support does not go into the kiln! What supports the ring in the kiln .. this would be really good to know! Thank you again 🙏😊🌺
