I really liked this video its all about confidence and setting your traps with little bait. I am the angler who has packed away his gear however i will give this a try. I am probably in the minority but I like Jamie solo videos as he is quite thorough (unlike me who is a bit lazy)and you get enough knowledge to give it a go. When he was with MAP he did a video about Sketterings and Coppens pellets and how he starts his session to establish how the fish want to feed. No big feeding and deciding on his tactics as the fish told him where to feed. Like reading the comments as well. Tight lines

Good instructional video. I think that this negative way is spot on, however with the temperatures higher than usual at the moment I will set up 4 swims, 2 for the negative method and 2 with the late summer method so you got both options available.

Peter , I did similar yesterday. Had better results with the heavier fed swim. I think the sunshine is keeping the water temp up high enough for non-winter mode right now

Acorn fishery had a match weight on the weekend just over 300 pound . Absolute madness. Do you think weights like at are caught fishing positively or negatively? Because I’m seeing lots of high weights still over the UK

Definitely... This is very much a preemptive video there ready for when weather does take a turn. The week we filmed it temperatures had dropped. Obviously this week is a lot warmer again. But this will pretty much be the way from the point we have a frost or two, through to spring. I think Jamie says in the video that on this particular day he'd have got away with feeding more positively. So purely an explanatory one for when the weather does turn.

@@southghost149 I would have thought positively, however if the Margins were where the fish were caught from than its a question of negatively as you dont want to end up foul hooking the fish. Its a judgement you must make on the day. Cheers

Nice commercial to sell Sonubaits products - normal sweetcorn and 2mm pellets will do the same job at a margin (see what I did there) of the price 😂😂😂
