I like that having two fans installed had no effect at all. That saves a lot of time. Before this video I was going to use the v1 but now the v2 is my option. By the way its $18 right now on amazon. V1 was getting me with the higher cfms and higher fan speeds but now I think I will ignore that.

Nice review. Only wished that they made this cooler ages ago since original evo didn't support AM4 unless you had their "special" bracket which you had to purchase as well.

I have been doing some testing with an Intel 10900k and overclocking and it does a good job. At normal usage it does awesome.

I lost interest in water cooling after the whole Enermax for Threadripper fiasco (tainted water or no biocide). Those 212s seem more expensive now- I remember getting like 3 from Newegg for $17 each a few years ago.. they were the red LED ones, so maybe less demand. Very quiet.. if I ever saw another deal like that I'd scoop up some more lol

i would not recommend it as mine came out of the box the heat sink bottom (contact with cpu area uneven and full of scratches... and every time i tried to submit a ticket through company website just gives error ,,

You might want to see if they updated what it compatible with. My guess is that it would do better than the stock cooler.

Tnx for the video. A question: I installed the brackets but while I tightened all screws and bolts, the bracket is shaking and not fixed. Did I do something wrong? I don't know maybe when I install the tower and screw it up, it might be fixed.

@@gerrcassytb Yes. fixed. When you install the processor and then install the tower and tighten the two screws, it will be fixed in place. But make sure that you tightened the four screws and bolts of the frame well. But don't screw down the four bolts very hard. Just use your fingers not you wrist. Don't break that!!!

Why would u get a aio, ever?? I'll answer, to tell hot babies your computer is water cooled. ME?? I just whip out my TIGHT fin stack and let them see what I'm working with. Works 100% of the time everytime.

Wait wouldn't the fan blow air into the heatsink and not suck air through the heatsink? Then wouldn't how you installed it be backwards, because I usually see the fan always facing the ram.

There are many ways to install the fan. Most just depend on how your system is setup or preference.

Most would prefer a "pusher" orientation, because the turbulent air coming out of the fan will wick heat from the fins better than smooth air pulled through.
