This was the highest quality production I've ever seen about woodworking. It was entertaining, educational, and beautiful to look at all at the same time. Very nice!

To me, the really impressive idea you had during the construction was to only make one template, but placed at different angles for each of the curved inlays. This, combined with cutting the routed groove before separating the halves with the bandsaw provides the perfect edge for your flush trim bit. I watched the video many times and determined that the width of your inlays had to be the same width of the routed groove you cut or else the whole thing would not fit back together properly. Again, great design of the work process as much as the final product. Most impressive.

Scott: I just finished an oak bed (quartersawn!), where most of the headboard is composed of three vertical cherry boards that had five multi-colored waves worked into them using your method. It looks beautiful. Thank you very much.

I like the jig setup and router bit you use for the finger holds. I use a round nose bit and plunge into the end (long grain on an end grain board). I have plunged too far on more than one occasion.

The principle quality of an excellent hardwood cutting board entails the way the grain of the wood lies when it is set up. The quality of the wood cutting board is in fact depend on the quality of the wood and the pore spaces that are present when the board is made. There are numerous types of wood cutting boards that one can access. I was looking for the perfect wood cutting board and was desperately looking on the internet to find the perfect company and i came across woodcuttingboard.com. The site is just perfect to have almost all types of wood cutting boards at affordable price. I highly recommend this site to all. Thanks!!!
