I was initially just going to entirely pass over it (I already got the one roll of demo/chain on the dungeon fusion I wanted and it was the only one that immediately came to mind) but after you mentioned strategist/jolting feedback, I thought about a build from ATP I've been trying out lately (essentially Gifted Conviction on Prismatic-Ascension Hunter and realized Strategist/Jolting Feedback on this gun would pair really well with this build; looks like I'm going back in to grind it more).

Gun feels awful the mag doesn't refresh nearly as fast as it needs and it doesn't refresh while sliding which is whta most of us do constantly. They should make it when amplified killing enemies with explosions refills the mag alah subsistence.​@@gambeano

Yeah, things a disappointing version of Riskrunner. No arc exotic compares, more so now on titan with the Peacekeepers change. Can't understate how much Sanguine Alchemy healing rifts and Riskrunner will carry your fireteams. Bring a sword with Energy Transfer

This gun with Attrition Orbs and Jolting Feedback is the perfect primary for the newest Warlock exotic, Rime-coat whatever. Devour+Arcane Needle+Facet of Dawn+Facet of Solitude. Place your turret domain, melee and start shooting: enemies will slow, freeze, shatter, jolt and be both severed and unraveled, while you're radiant. It's crazy good and carries my solo dungeon runs, especially in second encounter (just add Lost Signal and an Wardcliff Coil and you're good to go for a chill run tbh).

jolting feedback is such an upgrade over the voltshot perk by a insane margin, volt shot only giving one shot that applies jolt and you can only to it after a kill, it just feels bad to use it desperately needs a change something along the lines of Magnificent Howl e.g. for every kill you get before reloading grants you a "charged shot" on reloading you get a number of "volt rounds" that each cause a jolt and hitting a jolted target spreads it to nearby enemies, and get more "charged shots" for killing higher tier enemies.

Attrition Orbs and Jolting Feedback make it feel like an exotic. It's the closest thing to Zhalo Supercell from D1. That alone is why people want attrition orbs, instead of generating super energy you generate an orb which is more or less the same thing

I was waiting for you to speak on this because I saw what you saw. I managed to get the 390 pulse with Eddy Current/Jolting Feedback, but the god roll for this still aludes me. It's definitely a beast of weapon and with the synergy mod plus the artifact perk you get a lot of ionic traces to stack onto the origin trait.

Looking for Fragile Focus(or To The Pain) with Closing Time for PvP personally. High magazine means it's fine to drop the first half into a wall and have 24 bullets left with Closing Time active for all of it. Should hit about 100 range and handling, plus the accuracy boost is huge.

I’d say Enhanced Jolting Feedback is viable for builds that don’t use amplify, since it reduces the number of bullets required from 16 to 15 which in a 60 round mag will apply jolt one more time than base

great review as always, altho i disagree with your take on it possibly surpassing summoner. it is a decent pvp auto, but summoner having zen moment will always make it better. zen moment removing the majority of reticle bounce on 600s is so important for pvp in my opinion. that being said, i am on mnk, so maybe it feels different on controller

it’ll take you a super long time to get an auto rifle drop that beats your current god roll, unless you’re extremely lucky. I’d say you’re good to go :) Eddy Current / Jolting Feedback is what I settled on for my roll, it’s a lot of fun and the two perks synergize together very well.

I've only done one dungeon run so far, but I got a great roll on a heavy GL and the breech load void GL (both of those weapons go hard!). I also got one drop of this auto and my roll is about half pvp, half pve, but I like it: Hammerforged | Ricochet | Eddy Current | Kill Clip with a Ballistics mod. I'll definitely be hoping for a Stategist or Attrition + Jolting roll as well. Thanks for another fantastic breakdown!
