I'm going to film when I install that. I was putting the oil tank in today and ran into another issue. Too many aftermarket parts and some don't play well together. I gotta modify stuff now but I'll get it

Nice quad! With the built motor you can try different sprocket sizes. 16/33 you’ll have a usable 1st gear and 5th has great top end. 👍🏼

It had a 13/39 on it and first was pointless. I just went to a 14/38 now. I'm going to make a video in the near future of speeds we get with different sprocket combo's

In my opinion the zoom is nice over all but I ended up making my own way to run then tank with the stock oil cooler

I'm not a fan of mounting the cooler upfront either. I feel like I'd always be looking at it for leaks

I put a ktm 380sx motor in a 2002 400ex it was stupid fast!!! The only thing that sucked was you had to jump start it because the kicker was set in to far.Tried to extend it a bit but you could not kick it over and no e starts where available for it. Also put a kx250 in a 87 250x that was fast!

Have you checked out the oil cooler from Mickey Dunlap? I put this on the 465 that I built for my customer. He claims 50 degrees cooler. I need to do more testing but it was working very well

I have not seen that yet. I'll be sticking with cfm as they are now a sponsor of the channel.

Deff a blaster frame. I think 700 from bumper. Just looked at my 700 and 09 yfz450r and swinger is different, a arms are different, so either u got 1st gen yfz parts which I think those a arms are, but still throwing me off b.c. the chrome top a arm u have is round shaped near the upper ball joint like a banshee, maybe the early yfz upper arm is rounded, Idk without looking into it online lol but for the swinger I'm gonna say like a raptor 600 or a z400, but knowing u it's ptob a 400ex swingerso u can stuff the 400ex motor in and have less issues between engine to swinger clearences. Just a guess lol

Does anybody use shell rotella t6 15/40 oil and where did u get the temp dipstick from?

The dipstick I got off of ebay. I think it was like $30. I'm not going to be using it tho. And yes I know a few people that use t6. @mrcbuilds uses Rotella

On my 440 build I jus done , I planned on using a car trans. cooler with 2 3in. fans and run it on front under headlights , do you think that would be good enough to cool it ? o yeah , I was going to use old one also

Just let's air flow through the tank. Cfm claims 40 degrees temp drop with this tank. And cr500 no not for the one I showed. I'll go over my build plans for the year in an upcoming video
