I got mine at Amazon, and it looks just like this one, plus it comes with the full face one as well. Instructions say to put in the freezer for at least 2 hours, and you can wear it on either side - gel beads or soft side. Of course, the gel beads will be colder. What I do is that I wear the soft side for a few minutes first, and then I can handle the much colder gel beads because they're more melted by that point.

Hi, so, I don't have dark circles or crows feet or wrinkles, or anything like that but I do have puffiness, redness, and sometimes like a hot feeling under the eyes. Do you have any recommendations for a good cooling gel? I tried Cera Ve eye cream but it didn't do anything.

Use as needed but no more than 20 minutes per use. And try not to use it every single day. 3-4 times a week max
