cooling devices consume alot electricity!! I have a food freezer that operate on electricity ( 180 volt - 190 volts ) and draws ( 1 ampere - 1.5 ampere ). The amperage consumption may decrease if the voltage increases. Is this excessive consumption ? Leakage and malfunctions are rare. Malfunctions can occur in any device.
