Clean Build I had a similar setup in my car but I was always worried the fans wont kick on when its hot an mess up my 2zz. SO I bought a brand new OEM fan and installed it onto Aftermarket aluminum radiator. sometimes if it works dont fix it...

Thanks. I did the necessary steps to not have to worry about the fans not working. Separate wiring/relays for the fans, reliable fans(not the ebay junk it comes with), and reliable waterproof connectors.

Great upgrade! Are you going to mound the battery next to the spare wheel or in the space of the spare wheel? I have seen that and it looks so clean and you don't see the battery every time you open the trunk.

Did you install the relays to the fans... I’m curious to find out how you wired everything.

I used a jeg dual fan relay kit. It was about $70.

There are plenty on ebay. Just search corresponding year + fan shroud aluminum. I do not recommend using the fans that come with the shroud. I replaced mine with mishimoto units.

Mwr says you have to trim the core support a little to fit the radiator also can you give me the link were you got that lower brace the red one ?

Yes the core support needs to be trimmed to fit the filler neck of the radiator. It's just a megan racing under brace, you can find it on ebay.
