Elevator Action is one of the best arcade games ever made. I put a lot of quarters in on this one. The freedom of movement while playing is almost unique among peers....

Great game and another good release from the Quarter Arcade guys but I was a bit surprised how the price of these has kept creeping up. I thought the elevated (😁) price for Space Invaders was a one off due to the makeup of the cab but this one is £220 here in the UK. Still, good review as always 👍👍.

CoolToy, I wish I had unlimited funds and space, because this was one I was interested in. But with Lunar Lander, Ghostbusters, Pong, and possible Robocop coming out, they just outweighed this one for me. I did pick up Zoo Keeper (which I have now and it also comes with that lightup bezel area) and I'm now just waiting on Burgertime. So glad you got this one and Bubble Bobble, because it was cool to see them in action in your polished videos :) Have a great one! vgv

Sold the OG example I bought from Showbiz Pizza for $250. I did equally poorly on my Front Line which I so wish I never sold. Also my Shuuz dedicated (they made 12) and my 720 which I paid $300 for and thought $800 was a great price. Sigh. Thanks for the content.

Is the screen on this better than the screens on their older releases? Looks like the viewing angles on this one are better.

Yes, the screen on these new Taito cabs are much nicer than the ones on the older Namco cabs. No viewing angle issues anymore and, I can't tell for sure, but I think they might be slightly higher resolution.

One company did. Arcade1up started creating XL sized cabinets that got close enough in size and function to an actual full sized cabinet for our homes. But for some reason, they just stopped after Pac-man. Which is arguably their best cabinet. The people who own the company now must be the three blind mice!

@daviddeming1916 That is pretty cool. I was hoping for the company to continue making XL versions of many cabinets. Like Defender, Qbert, Ms. Pac-man, Robotron, Spy Hunter, Roadblasters, Mr. Do!, Pole Position, and so on... It looks like it will never happen.
