The last day gave me a somewhat spiritual sense of completion. Good to know the end of all things will bring Earth back to the sun and not shoot it out to wander space all alone. This provokes me to wonder what will become of the voyager probes, which will probably be all that's left of us if our civilization does not advance any further. In just 40,000 years, the blink of an eye in this video's time lapse, they will have traveled past the nearest star to the sun. Nice video!

My favorite hour was the mysterious one in which we humans "left" the planet. What happened to us? Despite the struggle to understand our future, it is entirely possible and - in my opinion - highly likely that we had enough sense to step across the Great Filter and continue our adventure on an even more generous world. Kudos on the video! Carl Sagan would be proud.

I’m god, your god, earth is god and we’re all god, we are all that singular force of godliness all manifested into the universe to experience itself but when you die you will see that there is no ‘you conversing with god’ about life, it’s a complete realization of everything, and a lift from the anesthesia of being a human and we see the universe in it’s true entirety. If anything our god is not the god of all gods. And just as well, your god said we have complete dominion over animals, yet who is the god of the animals, Who speaks for them? Religion is a human made idea, but when you look at the bigger picture of what there is and what you are and everything in between then you see that it’s all connected particle by particle, to create one big thing. I believe we’ve overestimated time/lifespans overall because humans in general want to be right more than they want to be happy. The fact all our science is based upon theory should assure us we don’t and never will know all the answers. Humanity will be a simple blink of an eye in a geological framework. The Earth is very special. Where we are, and where we exist is very important. But the 'when' of our existence is just as important. For we are living in Earth's "Glory Days", a world of temperate conditions, stabilized obliquity, active geology and diverse flourishing life. An era where not just multi-cellular life is possible, but animals, agriculture and even complex civilizations. Ultimately the fate of mankind is up to us. We can choose to continue to accelerate our demise, or we can look after our world, it's life, and each other. The candle doesn't have to go out here- new stars, new worlds are forming right now, the universe offers infinite potential to those who dare, and so, where we go from here is a choice that I leave to you. The international banking elite class of people are ignoring the pending death of mankind. We must take the planet back from them, and stop destroying it immediately. We may have already gone too far; we may not be able to save humanity. But left to the illuminati- we may only have tens of thousands of years left. Maybe even tens of hundreds, who knows? They will kill us all, and themselves, with their greed. Praise God for all gifts at all times. Like the ability to stop their greed, and their systematic usury, leaving more and more of us completely broke and hungry at the end of every day. They won't be satisfied until we are all dead from starvation. As they continue to file every dollar that comes out of a bank back into it at a greater speed, the only thing that can happen, will happen. It's a pyramid or ponzii scheme. It's a game that is rigged just as certainly as the slot machines in any casino. To slowly, but most assuredly take away every penny. They don't care. WE MUST STOP THEM NOW. DO SOMETHING!

What to say, but join the apt and amazing praise. This rain of intelligent, happy comments is so rare on KZbin, where crass, juvenile remarks are the sad rule, even for decent productions. Glowing, articulate enthusiasm from hundreds of science lovers is the biggest reward I can imagine, especially offered here without a whiff of the reflexive, cynical pokes from frat culture, ever eager to let the air out of anything that threatens Americans with unhesitating, well-read eloquence.
