Just had these installed on my Tacoma tonight. Replaced my M/T Baja Boss’s as I do a ton of highway driving for work. Just on the 15 minute drive home there was a noticeable difference. Much quieter and smoother on the road. Looking forward to the long drive down to spend Christmas with family this weekend.

What’s the verdict now that you’ve had them awhile?

I put these on my Subaru Wilderness Outback Sept 2023. Price point, same weight as OME and company reputation all came into decision. Next day drove from Pa to South Carolina. Excellent road manners. Quiet and highly responsive. Have since had them in heavy rains, sloppy mud on a fire trail while camping, soft beach sand while surfing and moderate snow and ice while skiing. Performed excellent. My opinion one of the best choices to achieve better than OME performance while getting sharper looks without going to an over aggressive tread or heavier weighted tire.

Just bought a set for my 2019 Frontier. They are getting installed tomorrow. I have the Cooper at3 4s tires on it now. 43,000 miles, they are right at the wear bars. Apparently these road and trail tires are the next generation of the at3 4s. If they were like the tires I currently have, I will be satisfied.

Cheers lads!!! UPDATE: I just got these new R+Ts and i was able to get on some ice and wet roads and i must say i am impressed, they feel secure with stopping and take off felt smooth on both ice pack and wet pavement. Also note the rubber compound felt nice highway driving a little noise if you're not used to it but nothing crazy. Overall 9/10 would recommend!! Bang for buck!!

I do like the Coopers so far. They ride softer than the Hankook ATM that were factory. They are a little noisier. They have really good traction in snow. We had 50 inches fall over the last few days and they performed great, as a new tire should. Only concern I have is it does not look like the siping is full depth, maybe I'm wrong but it looks like it only goes to about 50% so I wonder how they will be with 30-40,000 miles on them.

WNY driver here. I just got a set of these on recommendation from my "tire guy" and have less than 1000 miles on them so far. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. I went a step up to 275 from 265/65/R18. So far no snow and not much rain so dry pavement and one day of ice patches. Maybe I will update once we get some significant snow (11" +). They feel "squishy" or bouncy, but not uncontrollable. I was going to get the Goodyear DuraTracs but I did not want to go that aggressive since we get considerable snow but the roads are well serviced, maybe a day or two of covered roads then back to pavement. I have the exact same fuel economy reported by the truck, zero change. They look a lot better than stock tires I think Wrangler Defenders. I plan on putting a plow on the truck this year which was another consideration for these tires. I was concerned about road noise but then after getting them, I realized that my stock exhaust is all I hear. Basically a ditto of what you said in your review. I cannot wait for the snow! I put Cooper all seasons on my 12-passenger 350 Econoline van during a snow storm and driving away was like a dream.
@flattiredan5610 ай бұрын
If they remain to feel “squishy” maybe check tire pressures. Under inflation can cause that feeling
@TMPadmins10 ай бұрын
Thanks, I thought of that, they are all 2psi over at 37. I think it is just me.
@Atalbot199410 ай бұрын
I hope you mean you went to a 265/75 from a 265/65 . The first number is width the second number is aspect ratio. So if you actually did what you commented yes putting a wider tire on a narrower rim is going to feel squishy as it's less supported and the side wall is going to take more of the weight as the edge of the tire is further from the bead. The height difference of 265/65 to 275/65/18 is 13.7mm , and ride height gain would be around 6.85mm (just over 1/4 in ) now on a 265/65 to a 265/75/18 it is 53mm, which has a ride height gain of 26.5mm ( over 1in ) If you went up a tire size you can't go by OEM tire pressure anymore. Actually, most tire companies if you give them a call and tell them your OEM size and vehicle and what size you put on your truck along with the tire model. They will often give you a ballpark pressure. If you want to figure it out on your own try a chalk test. I would try 5 psi over stock especially if you widened the width not the aspect ratio more pressure will help. @flattiredan56 @@TMPadmins

Thanks so much for the tire review ... I just ordered 2 of these tires for the rear tires of our 2001 E-150 " heavy " 1/2 ton van that we'll use to tow our new little 22.5 foot travel trailer with... since we plan on traveling in wet and muddy Oregon I had our mechanic replace our rear shocks with big honking trailer towing shocks and figured it would be smart to get at least new rear tires aggressive enough to handle the load and the condition's you run into on Oregon's forest service roads.
