I wonder why the Ryu went with Denjin. I would think Shinkuu would allow for better conversions and more options against this Makoto.

Kuni's best pick, since he's able to get free big-damage combos from stun. Denjin is really good in scaring your opponent and making them throw the game. While shinkuu would've worked in every confirm, it doesn't do as much damage compared to Denjin.
