Wow…Love the amenities especially the gyms, library n chill areas, games room is a real bonus. Pools are nice with views and shade however I personally prefer bigger pools for lengths. To be honest at 30.5sqm the condo size would be too small for us. The bedroom awa ensuite was very well setup however we would prefer more counter space, pot n cutlery drawers and storage in the kitchen. Being in a 35sqm currently it would be hard for us to downsize. Now if I was single i could see myself in those units with everything there is to offer. 😊

I almost went that route, especially Ecuador. But the earthquakes turned me off. Mexico would be great but the cartels are a turn off for me. I just can't override quakes and cartels with proximity reason. I'd rather travel farther to somewhere safer.

One thing to test out is the sound from the AC unit. I live in the Rivera Jomtien and after moving in, the AC units are quite loud. Also check on the floor drains in the bathrooms, the are the cheep style which permits oders to permeate up into the condo. you can buy some replacements for 2 to 300 bhat.

I always turn on all the lights and AC when I’m filming not heard any noise yet. I would contact the Jurisdiction office and get them to service your ac if I was you brother 👍❤️👍

This is what I've been saying all along -- people need to value the amenities, location, views, and others instead of fixating on the size. Having said that, it would be great if future condos especially fronting the beach, limits the size to no smaller than 40sqm for 1BR. But then again, most new developments allow you to combine 2 studios to come up with 54sqm unit.

This will not be my choice, I didn’t like the interior like the chairs at kitchen, the shiny surfaces at kitchen, the holes in the middle (!) of tv shelf, the decor in the shower etc. The interior design in the common rooms is a mix of bad taste.
