_Composed by Frank O'Brien from Cooraclare who emigrated to Chicago in the 30's never to return home. Frank was a great friend of my Dad's and the local postman. All gone now and my Uncle is buried inside the chapel gates in Cooraclare. Tá an amhrán seo go hálainn ar fad. It was popularised by Marty Marrinan & Séamus MacMathúna (Cooraclare men) in the 60's_
