And uh one more thing that on 4 :57 In the xample sentence with the word AND. I had studied In grade 1 or 2 that no commas r to be placed before or after the word AND. So why did u put a comma then?

Great question! A phrase is a group of words without a subject or a verb that acts as one part of speech - ex) under the chair. A clause is a group of words with a subject and a verb.
