crazy how important the skill of the coach is to be able to show what should to be done in a drill
@ByAnyMeansBasketball2 жыл бұрын
Being able to demo is absolutely a very important quality!

Well, coaches never needed to be players to teach. It's optional.

@@Yes-gq6rr agreed, but being able to demonstrate drills and apply skills can really help build buy-in with players

my footwork and coordination sucks . this was quite challenging but a good workout it. def gonna do it again. i say fluidity and coordination are more important than flashy crossovers or ankle breakers
@ByAnyMeansBasketball2 жыл бұрын
What would you rate your coordination 1-10?? 👀

4 I can do moves one way but the other way I do struggle eg. wrap behind the back right to left but not leff to right

4 when I drive as fast as I can I kind of loose a lot of control which allows me to loose the ball very easily and be very predictable. I’d rate my dribbling about like 5 and my footwork like 4 so overall like 4.3 😅. Trying to bring my coordination to at least a 6 before the season starts

Hi coach, please consider using a lavalier microphone. It's a small investment that will significantly increase the quality of your videos
