Each time as I've previously ranted/raged about, is when "EXTRA" charges are added on/stacked on top of other charges against a person. Frequently you'll hear the Cop saying, charge them & let the courts sort it all out? So he must lie in his police reports in order for those charges to be levied & that is Falsifying a Report and/or Perjury. Perjury is punishable by 7yrs in prison and/or a fine, that's serious but seldom are they ever held accountable? Then I see this man as the FED is graveling to Law Enforcement about how good he really is? Thanks for the report Double L !

I guess the thing we have to ask ourselves if you were to act like this in any other profession would you still have your benefits? And the bigger question I think people are overlooking is if corporations across America continue to tell us how bad unions are and how they don’t make things better for us why do we constantly see the police unions backing these horrific officers and their actions? How is it the union is able to get their job back help keep benefits or large settlements if unions “don’t actually work”?
@stickiedmin6508

@@beardedbandit9753 I feel your question can partly be answered by saying that police 'unions' (so called) act more like criminal cartels than any organisation concerned with advocacy and workers' rights.
@shroomyk
@shroomyk 4 ай бұрын
@@beardedbandit9753 Very true. I even was thinking in my head like what if a teacher had been acting inappropriately toward a student? I can't imagine the teachers union would support them to such an extent if there was video evidence like this. And a judge certainly wouldn't say that the teacher losing their job was punishment enough, and I doubt they would get to collect their pension sitting at home. What helps the cops even more is not just the unions, but also because judges and prosecutors are on the same side they are. Not that the police union isn't also just a gang, but when all elements of the "justice" system are working together to protect the bad cops, the consequences disappear. It's one big racket.
@shroomyk

@@stickiedmin6508 I also wonder if other normal unions have rules against criminal conduct by members. I have not been part of a union, but they make their own rules and I could see the possibility they would refuse to support someone who objectively did something awful/violent/criminal.

@@wolfumz Gosh, that is absolutely horrible! Those poor kids just needed some help and advocacy from the only people with the power to actually help them, and CWS couldn’t even do that right. Makes me sick to my stomach as a mother and as a human who cares, ugh. I don’t know how I would be able to live with myself if something happened to a child reported to me if I were a CPS/DHS worker! I definitely wouldn’t last long in that field of work. The one time I had to call Child Protective Services, imagine my shocked surprise when I got through immediately, the worker was kind, patient and helped walk me through the process of making a report (of severe neglect), and they went to the home to check on the children the very next day-which was a Sunday!-to investigate the situation. The children were removed from the home immediately and placed with other relatives who could care for them properly. I still cannot believe it happened so quickly but I am so thankful because I know that is hardly ever the case. Most of the times, there isn’t such a happy ending to these types of situations. I continuously read awful things about CPS/etc and how they don’t do enough, have no accountability and they allow abuse to continue right in front of their faces. I follow a lot of true crime and there are countless children who would be alive today if CPS had tried just a little bit harder; it absolutely shatters my heart. It’s horrifying the amount of abuse, neglect, and violence that children are exposed to and forced to live with because the situation isn’t “that bad.” The US needs complete reform of authority systems, cops and CPS included… I just don’t even know where to begin to start making positive changes on a local level let alone a grand scale. It’s unimaginably frustrating sometimes!
