This video proves that "police" is a complicated thing: yes, there are many people in these departments that are either corrupt or violent criminals. Yet, there are also many people in these departments that chose to be a police officer in order to do good. This woman is a clear example of the latter, while the dangerous criminal she arrested and his "allies" are, unfortunately, an obvious example of the former.

Every single cop on the planet needs to have this woman's attitude. Cops 'look after their own'? Not if they have a dumbass in their midst, or a cop that's known to be corrupt and horribly so. They should NOT protect these types people even if they are cops. If a cop has even one shred of character he will do what it takes to get rid of corruption and the bad seeds at his place of business, even if it's another cop. That, after all, is what he's getting paid to do. Cops should not suffer the bad guys working in their field. If someone is corrupt, they've got to go.
@frankstein53739 жыл бұрын
+TrueLoner cops are to represent their uniforms and badges what is it? to serve and to protect all of their citizens. they are not above the law and their lives are no more important then ours. they are being taught by who? OTHER COPS. What does that tell you? They act like natzies. Ever look at the swat teams and some of the prison guard's uniforms? They use { german } sheperds in their work. Look back on hitlers films, you can see the similarities. Can you see now? Do I smell a take over? The public should be marching in droves against such actions.
@trueloner14929 жыл бұрын
You're lumping them all into one group. Not all cops are bad or corrupt. I don't believe most are. I believe some are. It's time for the good ol' boy mentality to change. Cops shouldn't accept a known corrupt cop in the force and do all they can to get that individual out. As for the dogs, to me they're just dogs, a breed known for it's guarding/protection abilities. Lots of people love German Shepherds for those qualities, not just police. My mom and dad had a German Shepherd. My neighbors have one. Are they nazis, too? I don't see any connection to Nazis at all.
@NoCoIntelPro9 жыл бұрын

More likely there is no change as people sign up to be cops for different reasons. Some genuinely believe in the 'Protect and Serve' motto, some just want a job; Then you get some who are corrupt because they saw the possibilities the position provides and thought f**k it and become criminals with badges. Then worst of all the ones who just joined up because they either want to be legally able to shoot people or generally have power of them - these ones are the types that don't like having the status quo interrupted most of all.

I never have believed in this "blue line" concept. Of course you stand up for your fellow officer. *But not if he/she is in the wrong!!!* Late for his other job? What the hell? She followed proper procedure here. Someone is going 120 miles per hour they are an extreme risk and need to be taken off the road. And at that speed, especially in a police car, of course you draw your weapon. A regular citizen does something like this and the officer will have the weapon drawn telling you "HANDS OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE!!" And then her fellow cops want to harass her for following proper procedure? And she's taken off road patrol? These people need a wake up call. Sue 'em, sister. Give them the wake up call the so *desperately* need.

If there is nothing to respond to I would think it would be very easy to catch your friend doing the same thing we saw in this video.

@AkronBaja5 жыл бұрын
@U.S.S sure it's still illegal but if no LEO has ever been cited for running a stop sign while on duty it might as well just be a guideline or policy as far as they're concerned. You only can't do something if there is actually a chance of having repercussions brought against you (even then you still can do it, there will just be repercussions to deal with). Can/can't and should/shouldn't are all different things.
@AkronBaja5 жыл бұрын
@U.S.S Well, you're either a Troll or a Pig, either way I smell bacon. So those words, they are different things, maybe grab a dictionary. Lol. A quick Google Search and some actual factual evidence, and clips here on KZbin can show you that cops indeed can and do break the law all the time. It's still illegal, they're still not supposed to do it, but they still do and very rarely get called out on it (unless it's very very bad). Even in this video this cop very clearly thought he should be able to get away with what he did. That should paint a picture. Then we have 88 other officers breaking the law by pulling her DL. LEOs also have something called qualified immunity. So even when they do break the law it often doesn't come back to bite them the way it should. If these videos are so common why am I having so much trouble finding a cop ticketing another on duty in uniform officer in their patrol car for something like going ten over in a 65 or rolling through a stop sign or pushing that yellow light? Bet I can find videos of ten cops breaking bigger laws and getting away with it for every video you can find of cops getting caught for things regular people get ticketed for on a regular basis. Lol... Don't worry about responding anymore however, we know you're ridiculous.
