Assault on a cop is a felony. Assault on a citizen by cop is a 5 day suspension and bs classes???

A buddy of mine who works for GE just got suspended when he left work due to tooth pain without informing anyone. He got a 4 week suspension, broken into 2 weeks with a week in between (union rep pulled some strings so he'd at least get paid somewhere in between). All that to say......What the absolute hell? A 5 day vacation is unacceptable. Like it actually infuriates me, cops are supposed to he held to a higher standard and should be punished more harshly when they break the law.

Most people are simple in this sense, the process of filtering information and weighing it against reality-based approximations (things not presented in video) is an extra step that doesn't even occur to them. This is afterall the same medium used to entertain ourselves, and let's be real, this is largely entertainment whether we're aware and admitting of that or not.
