When will people start putting commercial liens on the officers directly? Just send them a notice/self-executing contract that charges them for the rights violation, and give them an opt-out procedure (such as explaining the lawfulness of their actions). When they don't respond - they won't - you file a UCC-1 on them and their credit is tanked and they can't be bonded anymore.

I'm born and raised in NM I love the state but it does have problems like this. Saw it first hand with a city council using the police to retaliate against my dad. And in my mid 20's a friend of my brother who legitimately did some dumb crap. But didn't deserve to be shot in the back by a cop that claimed he turned to face him with a gun. I've said it before I will say it again... They are "Public Servants", Not public officials, they gave themselves the label as public officials so they could feel powerful and rule over others. that doesn't make it true "PUBLIC SERVANTS" is what they've choose to be and swore to serve the public and should behave as such.
