It's a happy tune that makes you think of sun and sea (and maybe a little rum). quite nostalgic. The original song is from 1978 so I feel I have always heard it somewhere in the background on the radio or TV...

This song is (or was... at least till my generation) very popular in Japan as the school band music. For me, this kind of music reminds me of my teenage years.
