I really love the retro red, white, and silver camper! It looks like something from the 50s, but modernized. Also, the last camper of the video where the damage was in the storage compartment wasn't that big of a deal, you just need to fit the refrigerator in and then go back and replace the broken- I a asume plywood

I like the looks of the retro trailer, but that final trailer may actually be the deal of the day. All depends on how much it gets discounted. The damaged you showed in the storage area, I think would be an easy repair.

As damaged trailers go, that retro would be a good first unit. It’s surprisingly hard to repair a trailer because of how they are built. The damage on that one is easy to access and fairly straightforward. It will never look new, but can still be be fixed in a way to look good. As my dad found out (the hard way,) bigger is not always better. Most people have no idea how hard a trailer is to pull and only gets harder as the trailer gets longer. A large number of campgrounds have narrow roads with tight turns. Travel trailers are like boats. Everyone wants one that is bigger then they need and suffer for it.

I like the retro one. Damage looks pretty easy to repair. I bought a theft recovery myself I actually enjoy fixing the minor things just watch out for roof and structure everything else no biggy.

Sewage hose’s are usually stored inside the rear bumper. Remove the cap on the end and look inside.

Skip the middle one and try and get either the retro one(my choice)or the last one. Get it cheap, because you know you will use it once and send it back to auction. If you are getting it for like a family vacation then I would get the retro one, keep in mind that the table will make into a bed for the kids. I would turn Jessica loose on remodeling that leather couch area and she can put her stamp on it, just a thought. On the corners if you fix it right, it shouldn't be too hard to fix, glue it screw it and seal it. Good luck and happy camping.

Hey Randy. If you are looking at getting one of these travel trailers, get the last one. I feel the first one was kinda small for your needs. You probably need to inspect the roof of the last one to be sure but the damage that we can see is mostly superficial, much easier to repair and I’m sure the fridge is fine. Most importantly, nearly everything is still in trailer. All that’s missing is the mattress in the bedroom, which in my opinion would be better anyway as I will never use a used one out of an auction.

First trailer sleeps 4. Sewage hose is stored in the bumper. The outdoor shower is for people coming back from the beach etc. Some models have a shower curtain that can be attached outside.

For me, there isn’t any question, the firs trailer - the retro Terry Classic, would be a first choice. The rear corner needs some attention with some repair/reinforcement of vertical and the framing around access hatch. The wheel well trim should be fairly easy to source and install with a little reworking of that wheel opening. When my friends ask me to make suggestions about choosing travel trailers, I always suggest avoiding slide outs as they require regular and continuing maintenance and become much more trouble prone the older the rig gets. I have owned the same Tavel trailer for 27 years and it was 31 years old when I purchased it so it has no slides but otherwise all of the comforts of most modern trailers-and I have had few large problems over those years. In that last trailer, the refrigerator appeared to have not been properly installed- it should be bolted down in at least two places to the floor with at least two stabilization points connected to the wall - initially I thought not a proper RV refrigerator but it may be a 12-Volt DC Magic Chef RV refrigerator.

Randy you really need to also check out the sticker on the seal on the front doors. They tell you how much the trailers weigh so you can make sure your rigs can tow them. You will be surprised how heavy some of those trailer are. Most new travel trailers dealers won’t let you buy a trailer that you veh can’t tow. That last one was nice but I think it would be to heavy for your power wagon? Just looking out for you.

Nice trailer does need some work but workable. That large window up front is rare but when traveling does collect dirt, bugs, rocks etc. There is a reason trailers get totaled with little visible damage. Repairs get much more extensive and costly on rvs.

The retro one is the way to go . Fix the wood and replace the metal. The metal is relatively cheap, the shipping is pretty expensive right now. Very easy fix remove the rails on the corners pull the bottom staples and slide off the damaged metal slide on the new one . A couple hours work tops .

KZbinr Rebuilder Guy sold his house... bought a f Gooseneck pull Travel Trailer from Copart that was in a flood... he made sure everything was working properly... he moved his family into the trlr... and they lived on his commercial property until he bought some land and built a new home on it!! By the looks of the one you just showed.... it looks like it hit some sort of a low clearance/tree... possibly forgetting to clos the slide-out... damaging that slide-out and cracking that side skin
