I somewhat candidly talk about my quarter-life crisis. Turning 30 is not that big of a deal, people tell me. But, I needed something to incite my rant about kids nowadays. Poor lads...

30 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I stressed more about my life failures the most in my 20s. Once I hit 30, it suddenly felt like there was some mysterious force that no longer cared about what I did and I realized I didn't care if it did. I was old enough to no longer worry about the small superficial things that matter to the youth but still felt young enough to not be constantly bogged down with the weaknesses of the previous generations. It was the first time in my life I felt genuinely free to be myself and seek out what was best for me and my future happiness.

Bro I Loled multiple times in this video. Your editing and humor is so good. I'm 25, and I too remember life before phones and SM. There was something different about having a Nintendo DS you could play whenever rather than a phone. Getting immersed in Pokémon Mystery dungeon was waayyy better than getting immersed in doomscrolling, stupid dances and everyone's intelligent opinions.

Your humor rocks, it’s so nice to see you in my feed :) I’m in my mid 30s now and turning 39 didn’t bother me too much but approaching 40 in a few years is bothering me, feeling like I’m very much far behind. My peers is hard. All the milestones that I thought I would’ve hit by now I haven’t. I used to get sad when I saw my nephews and nieces just kind of sitting in front of the TV and not really doing anything. I’m so happy that within the last couple years they’ve been heavily involved in sports. But for the first couple years, I felt so disheartened like , we were not like that when we grew up we had so much freedom to explore and so much desire to explore. If you don’t mind me, saying this, Kevin, you are mad cute and someone’s going to have to snatch you up one day. Even if it’s a nice 42-year-old lady who sells her nephews adderal

Not so long ago I turned 41, and I never before had better life - I am freely exploring art. I am disabled, and unemployed to be clear, but amount of knowledge I found among people, when I accidentally in darkest times discovered my personality type, and started to walk craziest paths, is priceless. Ten years ago I would never believe that people can be free, and discover world for first time despite lack of social status and success. Future is always surprising.

That intersection will be accurate for you in your 40's. It does not begin to describe your reality as a young healthy man in his 30's. Don't live too far in the future man! You probably just need to progress the next step in your life to find your peers, or change your geographic location.

I’m about to turn 27 and in no way feel like I have my shit together. I don’t have a money printing job but I like what I do. I’m not single and live with my gf so that’s good. But I absolutely don’t want kids so… where do I put all this existential dread? Idk what I’m doing man and the void calls out to me every single day.

Did this dude say he's a 2000s kid while complaining about being almost 30? Like what the actual, this dude needs to get over himself; he's barely even mod 20s if he's just a 2000s kid, smh
