A brilliant story that was captured really well. We all experience work stresses and the people we love the most are the ones who get caught up in it. We need to appreciate that our mental and physical wellbeing iis before anything else and that our loved ones are more important than any target set by the workplace. It's ok not to be ok and we need to learn to offload to the people who can elevate you when you are at your lowest point.
