I love every single product I've tried from Copper John's. From oil to butter (possibly the best I've tried) to soap, conditioner, even shave soap (for my head), they knock it out of the park every time. Not to mention Tyson is just a stand up guy! Great video Dan and Sam! Copper Johns natural deodorant is the best I have tried by far. I have been using natural deodorant for a few years and can say without reservation that Copper Johns natural deodorant is the best on the market. I sweat and workout daily and Copper Johns is the only natural deodorant that doesn't leave me smelling bad after working out.

Awesome job Dan & Sam C! This is a great overview of all the amazing things happening at Copper Johns. I always enjoy Sam's contributions to the channel. I think she adds a ton of value and I appreciate her sharing her thoughts on various topics. The list of positive things I have to say about Copper Johns and Tyson would be substantial. I'll do my best to keep it brief. I think Copper Johns absolutely nailed the rebrand. The new labels and packaging are so slick. It elevates the brand's look to give it premium product shelf appeal. The products are outstanding. It's hard for me to find critical feedback. The oils, butters, & conditioner all work so well for me. I enjoy the whole scent lineup, even the ones that weren't homeruns for you both. If I had to pick a top 3, I would say Polys, Sundance, and Nightfall (in no particular order). I also love the scent of the month offerings , with Lake Tahoe being my favorite so far. That being said, I would support Copper Johns even if none of the scents worked for me. Tyson is a fantastic owner that truly makes me feel like a valued customer. He cares about his customers, and his commitment to service is top notch. Tyson has gone out of his way to take care of me when something went wrong with USPS. Watching him participate in live streams and on his podcast paints the picture of a truly good person. Tyson is the type of owner that deserves all the success he's having. My only regret is not having tried Copper Johns sooner. It's now a regular part of my beard care regimen, and will continue to be. I cannot recommend Copper Johns enough! Thank you Commands for a great video!

Had to come back to comment, I just got Sundance in the mail and she smells so good, I can’t wait to try it. Idk how often you talk to this company but mine did come with a little spilled out, not a deal breaker to me as 95% of the oil seems to still be in the bottle. I just figured I’d throw that out there just so the information can be passed along! No one’s perfect so I would never expect a small batch company to be, as long as they serve quality product!

One of my favorite companies. I rotate CJ oil, balm and butter along with Beard Octane's same combo from day to day. I'm going to try Artius Man in the rotation to see how that works for me. I love barbershop scents and these 2 companies do it very well. Hopefully Artius fits that bill too. I have realized over the last 2 years that I will only try companies personally recommended by Dan C. If it's a no for him, it's a hard no for me. So thank you Dan for all you do for the community, I'd probably be lost without your channel and guidance

You guys might have sold me on the deodorant, I've been using 15.2% anti-antiperspirant(Dove Men). Growing up, I'd always use deodorant until I started working out and sweating more, having to apply multiple times a day and got tired of it. Also, I can relate to the beard journey expanding into other forms of self-care, it inspired me to venture into skin and hair care too!

Copper Johns💪💪💪. Man that sweet water sooo good! Love the thick oil blend and really love the .5 bottles for commitment issues. Plus you get the dropper top (aka the way🙌). I’ll tell you it makes my new beard feel nice BUT the aroma smells just about identical to classic BUBBLE GUM to me . Very sweet scent. Smells good but I was not expecting it to smell like bubble gum 😳

Because of your advice on my beard... I also changed my deodorant to the natural one. I was having an unusual skin reaction for a while. Oh man, literally the first “never felt worse” when it comes to Copper Johns. You may have an allergy to one of the ingredients. I helped develop that oil and I’m really proud of it! However, everyone has personal variables

I have a decent variety of each viscosity mentioned….i find myself using too much with the thicker ones, and the Beard Octane this viscosity seems to work best for me….but maybe that’s because I use too much of the thicker ones…..? I’m only talking about 3” or so a brown/little gray beard.

Sounds like you may like the more fast absorbing oils, rather than the sealing/coating oils. I would stick to medium viscosity or thinner

Okay, I have a few things to say... First... Tyson is an awesome guy!!! I've had the pleasure of meeting up with him a few times, he is genuine, and real great guy. Second, I would really love to love their mustache wax, it works great, and holds awesome... However... I have a sensitivity to pine rosin (resin?), so when I use it, I have to use it sparingly only on the tips, and removed immediately at the end of the day or I break out in eczema like patches... Finally, I there is not a scent I haven't liked from Copper John's... but most of the ones I have tried were limited scent of the month ones... 😆 I love Sundance and On the Rocks, I think they are the only full time scents I have used... I'm excited to give the deodorant a test... Deodorant is when I learned I have scent sensitivities... Back in Jr. High... like most of the young men at the time, I doused myself with Speed Stick to hide the insidious scents of adolescence... 🤣 I used to get horrible rashes under my arms, and still to this day mostly use unscented deodorant, or very light scented ones...

Good morning Dan and Sam! Great info. I'm like Sam on deodorant. I started using F--l- natural deodorant, and it was the only one I could wear. Had great luck for almost a year. But recently, I started getting burning and rash. So I've stopped wearing deodorant again. It's very sad cause I have quite a collection of it now. Might have to give this one a try.

Has Sam tried Lume deodorant? It's free of aluminum and baking soda. I use the man version by Mondo. Works great. Side note: Copper Johns Sundance and Skipper are really nice smelling!

I tried a few scents from Copper Johns and ended up really liking Mountain River and Anglers Code. I also like the way it feels in my beard. My only disappointment is the scents' lack of staying power. I just wish the fragrance didn't dissipate as fast as it did.

Thanks for sharing! These are on the stronger and longer lasting side of the spectrum for my preference. Copper Johns is up near the legal limits on many scents. Unfortunately some just aren’t legally possible to go stronger

I get horrible rashes from natural deodorant with baking soda. Tried using multiple brands for like a month straight and rashes didn’t go away until i stopped using it and didn’t use anything at all until the rashes went away. Tried it again and rashes came back. Only natural deodorant that works and works personally better for me that aluminum deodorant was dr. Squatch but only the birch wood breeze scent. The other scents I tried I would start to smell.
