After scouring the internet I discover that you of all people have made just what I was looking for! Thank you Robert.

I’m very impressed with your ink. I have been making electroplated jewellery and experimenting with various conductive paints, but this must be the best I have come across for leaves etc. Although I am not an expert on plating, I am about to start making some vids on how to do it reasonably well and avoid the pitfalls that I have surmounted by trial and error. I am using a standard acid-type electrolyte at the moment and will be giving yours a go in the near future.

Hello, I am very new to electroplating and wondered if someone could possibly answer this question as I’m a little scared of blowing up the Garrage or poisoning the family 🤔 Would you be able to use a swimming pool liquid algicide as a plating solution if the active constituent 60g/L Copper (Cu) present as copper sulphate Pentahydrate? Any help would be really great thank you 😊

Is it essential to put the graphite ink on the leaf? Or does this ink come in different colours. Im asking this as ive seen a lady on Instagram whose leaves still look green or autumn colours she then enamel paints them. I wish i could send pics on here so i could show you.

Hello guys, I just want to ask really important question. Do I have to dry all the flowers and leaves before sealing and coating? Or is it possible to electroplate fresh organics? I really will appreciate your answers,

Hello, I am wanting to order a couple of items via your website but had a couple of questions and completed the online enquiry form. I’m a bit concerned that the message hasn’t got through as I haven’t heard back (message sent at the beginning of the week). My questions were concerning the improved ink. I wanted to know if it could be mixed with the older ink as I still have some left. The other question was regarding the plating solution. I wanted to know if the brightener part needs refreshing over time/use? I am getting down to some serious plating and electroforming now and hope to offer some courses and instruction. As I have been very impressed with your ink, I would naturally like to recommend it/sell it together with the plating solution.

Hi Robert I am really enjoying your channel. Did you ever do a video on plating baby shoes? I would really love to see this 😊

I wonder if your ink is fine enough to plate a leaf skeleton without clogging up the interstitial spaces between the lignin branches.

it should be mate - but sometimes the only way to be for sure is to give it a go - If you - can you do a video?

@Desmond Bagley Hmmm. OK. AgNO3 + NaOH + NH3 + C12H22O11 + leaf + heat. Dispose of waste thoughtfully, environmentally... All that safety stuff, and before it goes bang. Never made the association. Thanks, I'll try it.
