I love these flowers. My questions is where would a person start at if they wanted to learn this wire working craft? Where should they start at? Thank you so much for sharing.
@LanAnhHandmade6 жыл бұрын
if you are a beginner, you should watch a simple form in advance to be able to keep up with more complex patterns. When you know the basics, you can freely create different patterns based on your imagination.

How on Earth did you figure out measurements and number of bends or length? I am amazed!
@LanAnhHandmade6 жыл бұрын
thanks you liked. With simple patterns, I'm think of calculating the wire size, how to crimp, Usually successful in the first. With complex patterns I have to try many times to draw experience then choose the wire size,how to crimp and stones accordingly. There are some forms I have never done, I have to come 5-6 times to be successful Wish you success and make more beautiful products

thank you liked my work I bought all the material and stones in where I live (Vietnam) I used to round copper wire - magnet wire , it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be dead soft copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time you can change to suit the material you have or you can buy dedicated materials at the site www.beadalon.com/prodcat/artistic_wire.asp or www.pandahall.com/

Thanks for your compliment, I'm glad you appreciate my work. I was not trained, just instinctively, , I often search for ideas on Pinterest, not only from wire jewelry, usually from the drawings. then I follow my imagination

I bought all the material and stones in where I live (Vietnam) I used to round copper wire - magnet wire (type of wire not used to make jewelry, Its price is very cheap) . it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be normal copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time you can change to suit the material you have I saw some online shop selling raw materials for making jewelry www.beebeecraft.com/ or www.pandahall.com/

is that a square wire or round wire? Please reply. Thanks
@LanAnhHandmade4 жыл бұрын
I use round copper wire for all my products. With 2D products, I hammer flattening to increase the hardness. With 3D products, wire knitting together will increase the hardness. you can change to suit the material you have or your purpose
