This is why people don’t like the cops though. Don’t extend the warrants, just actually do your job and catch them within the time limit. If you fail to catch them in that time limit, move on. Or if you are going to do this nonsense, perma the characters that died so it actually feels like something bad happened that’s worth all this nonsense.

100%. This. Also, the making sure they have every single possible charge on you before they send you. Like it ain't that serious, throw some charges you can prove and send them. Don't need to push boundaries

Last time a person died everyone bitched that they might have to spend a whole 2 days in jail... dont act like people should have to die to punish harder when the last person they murdered got the lightest punishment in NP history.

@@mikephillips1043 uh, yeah. That’s kind of how laws work though. The worse the crime the harsher the punishment. But what’s the harm in what happened? Who died? Who was injured? No one. They just got revived and we’re back on duty in a few minutes doing the next shift meeting with the only thing damaged being their pride. So if crims are going to get fined and have all these restrictions placed on them based on the crimes they commit, which will affect the kind of things they can do in RP, that these cops need something similar. Irl when cops are involved in shooting they get out on administrative leave and usually have to do psych evals and other stuff to return to duty. Something to give things stakes and make the massive responses to things make sense.

I've seen this comment a lot from what I can only assume to be LK stans and parrots but how did you expect them to investigate max? The only "evidence" they had was a criminal accusing them of things off the record so imagine if the cops did the same against Mr k like in sorry but there wasn't anything there for them to do.

Everyone, except a select few characters, go for the W. RP is give and take so treat others as you would want to be treated. If you don't want cops to try to win as hard then the crims should try to give a bone here and there. So maybe when you streamer jumps off a highway and lands on their skulls mid chase they don't exit the vehicle and lead the cops on another extended foot chase after using all of their buff items in their inventory. This W chasing war started with the crims and the cops just doubled down because it was the only type of roleplay on the server. Back in the day of TFRP people put their hands up and got arrested willingly to help tell a story of their characters.

@@topgeorge6908 TFRP had Silent Sentry, Mrmoonhouse, Thadrius, Classypax, Tehjamjar, BFLY, Cyr, DasMEDHI, DisbArex, Fivo0Anth0, Ssaab, etc. Need I say more? TFRP failed in the end sure, but at a point in time it was the golden era of rp. Stop just mimicking what people tell you to say, because you have replied to many of my comments using non stop straw man arguments it's starting to feel like you started watching rp in 3.0.

@@truslayer7786 if the admin wouldnt have stepped in they was gonna blow up all the cars which had the last cop in it and he would have died and then it wouldve been a full wipe, the only reason it wasnt, was becaused an admin stepped in and made them leave also the admin said there was gonna be no charges coming from this but the pd being the pd cant accept an L as usual will try to prosecute anyways

He tried to IN RP with Beric and Ruby. Needless to say it went over both of their heads, Ruby even got agitated that he even suggested the city wasn't to blame for what they did. Koil always tries to handle things in RP first, especially considering he suggested K stop the carnage in RP as well. Something will inevitably be handled (on the back end most likely, since PD is full of try-hard autists).

Yea just appeal it later not a big deal. I’ll just take my 12 hours in prison and 100k+ fine just to have to wait 30 days to Appeal to then lose cause the whole system is dumb af 😅😅😅

This is such BS, yeah like 600h and 100k fine not a big deal, just apeal it when ever after you take the punishment. I worry about DOJ that Angel might be too cop friendly and don't give them enough pushback.

Maybe the PD should take the slaughtering as a lesson on what NOT to do. To bunker up in your garage with piss poor leadership doing nothing about the situation. The people come last in their minds, and that’s absurd.

That's my problem with this whole situation. They are more focused on trying to force punishments on people than improve their response for the next time something happens. When CG Bones was talking to Mr K about NoPixel Spain it made it very clear how terrible this PD is because in Spain they actually use each failure as a learning experience and a sign that they need to come up with a better strategy for next time. This WL PD puts zero effort into trying to get better as a group. Their leadership is non-existent.
