Maybe if you had slowed down to a reasonable speed, you'd have a clue as to why the EMERGENCY VEHICLE was traveling in the oncoming lane. And the only reason why that turn was blind was because of the MULTIPLE EMERGENCY VEHICLES occupying the opposite lanes. The only person doing dumb shit in this video is you.

If you are from Philly you would know that shit like this happens all the time, inner city busy roads cannot always just be shut down in the blink of an eye in both directions. The road the rider is riding on is Kelly Dr and is a 35mph road, the rider didn't drop below 40 until he completely passed the entire scene. All emergency vehicles had lights on notifying you to slow down and move over a lane and the rider did neither...

@@ecurb they had no problem shutting down one direction... so they could have closed both directions..... closing any lanes is to protect other road users and rounding a blind curve on wrong side is endangering the other direction. simple as that cop was wrong period!
