LUL, it really isnt, motorcycle theft is huge in London and across the UK, personally ive dealt police who have been both undercover dressed in normal clothing and on motorcycles undercover, both road and dirtbikes, the amount of bikes that get recovered and returned because of this is pretty big but so many more, especially in London get stolen.

Ante SeKe no hard feelings, but some encounters are like this, especially over here in the UK and especially in high crime rates areas, the scumbags that Rob the bikes have no respect for Police so they have to come in and get the jump on them, also they can't chase bikes as it's more likely that it will end in a crash and death, so they have to either come out with force and get the jump on them or let then free and try to catch them at some other point in time, which won't be possible as they torch the bikes after they ditch them or part them out

They rushed him because, as they explained, British police can’t really pursue a motorcyclist in a city as there’s been loads of incidents where the thieves on the bike crashed and died then the officers have been blamed for it. They weren’t in uniform because they were part of a specialist theft unit.

London is indeed experiencing a wave a motorcycle related crimes, as those two undercover police officers said. Just do a search on KZbin, it's filled with videos of young men stealing motorcycles, or using motorcycles to rob people. The thing is: none of the perpetrators in those videos, look anything like the two nerds (no offense, am one myself), they stopped in the first clip here. They should actually go after those real, obvious criminals, instead of going after obviously innocent nerds, who happen to be riding motorcycles or scooters.
