TYhe city and the officer could both be sued, there is nothing that prevents that.The officer is a legal representative of the city and not a sub-contractor so the city is going to be responsible for the officers action. The reason that the officer is NOT sued is because most would not have the assets required to pay the amounts that are asked for in these types of lawsuits. They would just file bankrupcy and there would be little or no money received so they don't waste their time.

Christopher Pullease told his subordinates to turn off their body cameras because he knew he was screwed when he grabbed a female officer by her neck. But it was too late. He already got caught. And I agree that Aaron Wright shouldn't be charged or punished in any way. He didn't shoot his partner out of malice or negligence. It was a dog that caused it.

Look at the Sunrise case, where the female officer was the ONLY one who had the nerve to act, out of several officers who stood around doing nothing. And those weren't even rookies. Going up against your boss is hard, and the more junior you are, the harder it is. I still expect them to do it. But I have somewhat more sympathy for very junior officers who don't cross very senior ones who are misbehaving, than if it's the other way around or if they're roughly equal peers.

If you listen again, he and his voice try to sell the story. He will go out of his way to hit certain words, or embellishes based personnel bias. His job is making the viewer feel for the victim, and hate the subject. If he was narrating a "Karen" vs Cop video he would manipulate the video, so Karen is hated and the Cops are the good guy. There is no-way to validate these videos as they are inconclusive. In the forties people believed what they saw on TV and heard on the radio with no question

I think I would agree with you that it seems like this narriator is using his own opinions and drawing the viewer to his conslusion which is not right. the viewer should be presented with the facts and be able to draw thier own conslusion. And you need to keep it locked up in a inspected and approved gun locker at home and a locked box in your vehicle’s trunk to travel with it. Only used in gun ranges. Nobody can legally carry a handgun here either. Strict, yes, but fewer violent shootings. Regardless, guns are smuggled in regularly by the criminal element. Long guns, like the 4/10 shotgun I’ve owned for decades are kept locked up at home and in the vehicle’s trunk when out in the bush. Imagine if that female cop in the first one, pulled her gun and shot him in self defense. Who would get qualified immunity? Would the “officer safety” self defense hold up like it does against civilians? Would he be given a medal for been hurt in the line of duty? 😂

Anybody "playing" this ludicrous "game" should take one to the head. Playing it defies a sense of survival. If you DO make it out alive, you should be mentally institutionalized for at least 20 years.
