Wtf they did to something she along with 2 other girls one at age 17 and another at age 15 jumped a 13 year old because she didn't let them take her phone . The cops did the right thing they played stupid games , they get stupid prizes
@MsKs20136 жыл бұрын
Sorry I didn't know the whole story in the last video and blamed the police wrongfully. If the girls are the bullies and did attack a 13 year old, yes they deserve what they got. Bullying is a very real problem in our schools and someone has to take action against it, in this case the police did.

@davidde-niro9125 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry but even if the girls are bullies they shouldn't of been treated like that all the same. There is a way of dealing with bullies and its not like that, I'm very much against bullies as I was bullied all through my schooling so I do understand, but it was dealt with in a proper manner which put a stop to the bulling. I mean how many cops does it take, really certainly no that many. It's a waste of public /government money and resources. The cops could of and should of been doing what they are paid to do, which is catching the real criminals.

okay if you watch the whole video with open mind you see they're detaining her for a witness to make positive I.D. which did happen-- the reason more police arrived on scene was for crowd management -- if you are in large loud group this will happen every time -- you can't call foul on a reported crime in your neighborhood being investigated and apparently justified by the positive I.D. -- do you want crime in your neighborhood?

But standing around using vague language dose not help the matters at all. For people to act that way say things they don't know is totally stupid if they did hurt someone and lied you took up for them how would you feel about the cops doing their jobs and you stood in their way. First of all, the way to prevent incidents where things go wrong, these things need to happen: 1) if your child does something wrong, do not try to cover for them. When you try to cover for them, that makes the police trust you less. Thereby reducing the chance to sort out things quickly and peacefully. 2) if your child does not do something wrong, don’t interfere, keep others back, and identify yourself as the child’s parent. Let them explain what is going on without interrupting them. THEN ask your questions. 3) as the parent, request to speak to your juvenile child before they leave the scene. REMAIN CALM when requesting and during their response. They may or may not let you, but as a juvenile, there is a good chance if you remain calm. 4) if they let you, quickly speak to your child. No matter what, now is not the time to punish them, get angry with them, or for them to hide anything from you. Explain that to them. Listen to their story. Take notes if you can. Note times and places they were, people they were with, who may have seen them etc. 5) This will be the hardest part, but it will actually help your child. Assume they are guilty. Cops will be more at ease if they know you are working to keep your child out of trouble and won’t stand for any wrong doing. It will be difficult, but you have to! Doing it this way will also allow you to ascertain whether it is a good cop, a bad cop, or a good cop having a bad day. This will tell you how you need to proceed. Distance yourself from people saying insults, being aggressive, or talking back. They are not helping at all. They are actually making things worse. It’s ok to record it on video, just make sure to capture everything. The camera is impartial and will show who is really being bad, you or the cops. Do NOT crowd the officer/s. Now is the best time to remain calm and thinking clearly. Getting angry or upset won’t achieve anything. The more info you have, the better chances you have for defending your child. Now if your child is in the wrong, you have to let them face it. They need to know bad behavior will not be tolerated and they will face justice if they do wrong. You cannot, I repeat, you CANNOT protect them from themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!

joe pelham The biggest problem is the person in charge and incapable of handling the situation. If it had been a man in charge making the same choices, the fact that it was a man would never bring into question. Is this what you teach your daughters? That no matter what they do, what good choices they make, how hard they work, that they should channel all of that into being a good house keeper and child bearer? And when she gets a college education and gets that diploma for finishing her major and then her master, you pat her on the head and tell her good job.(we will put your diploma on the fridge to show everyone what you could have been had you not been a girl). The police officer in charge of this situation was harassing the child and the people. The fact that all the other police officers were backing up her choices without saying a word in the child's defense, what excuse do you give to them? Following orders like sheep. Never questioning what might be right or wrong about the situation they were called to. The whole thing is disgusting. We can no longer trust that if our children were in trouble we could tell them to find a police officer and they would be safe. There are some amazing officers out there, and badly abusive officers out there and police officers who just stand and watch the harassment and abuse. Seeing the situation that happened, there is not one officer in that group that I could trust to send my child to for safety.

Where is your warrant for the arrest of the juvenile? Present your warrant first then you take said juvenile into custody. You don't get to go around the streets like mafia hitmen collecting juveniles. If the child committed a crime their Parent should be presented with the Bench warrant stating your reason for being there. Because it looks as though your their to harass everyone. And to the Officer name calling has been going on since individuals learned to speak. If your hurt give up your job please. We sent you through training to maintain yourself, not engage with the civilians because you were hurt by words. And remove your sun glasses during a supposed active scene, what your scared to show your faces as Police Officers or what? And Bam the clues dropped out the sky! removal from the car, was so the victim whom was in another squad car could identify the person being arrested! Warrentless seizure!

What people dont realise is that if you push the police they *Half* to push back, they see a crime they act. They only people escalating the situation are the citizens standing on the side walk, mocking a cop and attempting to lecture them on the law is only going to make them annoyed by you. When a cop is doing there job don't stand by and film calling them names, just move on with your business, if you stay your part of the problem.

This is the stuff that hurts the so called purpose of Copwatch. The back up was called as standard protocal for the louder and louder escalating hatred towards the offers already on scene. Then the Copwatch camera operator who admitted in first video to not know what happened begins to verbally participate in offending officers. This contributed to the need to call for a show of force to prevent the increasing verbal attacks from becoming physical and truly letting things get out of hand.

While I’m 100% against police brutality of ANY form, in my opinion, the crowd-in which was growing by the second, all the while harassing the officers on scene by taunting, cursing at, and almost *daring* the cops to mess up somehow-was definitely at fault regarding what transpired *after* the young woman was detained. The police didn’t further escalate the situation, the forming *group*, however, did. Additional officers showed up as the tirade became *larger*, increasingly *hostile*. The police, whether or not we agree, *also* have the right to feel safe. It’s a two way street out there, folks... Just cause they’ve broken the laws countless times pertaining to that street *doesn’t* mean we should. As a matter of fact: the *less* we do it, encourage that hideous behavior out to our peers whom are equally fighting for our rights, the better chance we CAN envoke *REAL* change on the behalf every *HUMAN BEING* (black, white, yellow, brown, etc., because the “Kiss my ass, this shield ENTITLES me to demand I be treated like a God by ALL lowly peasants surrounding me” DOES NOT, I repeat, it DOES NOT discriminate based upon color, sex, race, or gender because it’s simply a *SUPERIORITY COMPLEX* we’re mostly dealing with here, a chemical imbalance in the brain’s of some of these psychos in blue. Either way, if we implore a REAL change in this society, then we’ve not only won the battle for ourselves and the future, but for all past and present victims-directly or indirectly affected by their BS... Don’t waste all the hard work and time that’s gone into thousands, if not more, civilians possibly putting themselves at risk by video taping legitimate, unfathomable police brutality instances. Choose your battles wisely so we can continue to bring much needed attention to the “Bad Cops.” Cause all I saw here was pretty decent, calm, and beyond patient policing video. Remember: Chose. Your. Battles. Wisely.
