They need a law that says termination when a cop turns off his body camera or the sound. And end qualified immunity for good. Also, the cops need to pay for their own lawyers when charged with a crime. Also, they need to pay the lawsuits out of their own pockets and whatever he owns at the time of the offense he can't sign it over to someone else so they can't claim they have no money not to pay the lawsuit like they always do when sued. The badge should give them no special rights at all. Only then will things change very easy to do if they truly say they want reform if not then you know they are just lying to you again.

Like I said before, Until these officers are required to carry personal liability insurance they will continue to break the law. Even if they resign or get fired they will go do the same thing at another department. If they had personal liability insurance it would follow them and when they do this a couple times they wont be able to get the insurance then they wont be allowed to do this again. Every Officer at the scene needs to be suspended without pay until they complete a mandatory reeducation class on rule of law, interaction with the public, proper filings of a report. The Officer who arrested him and was charged with falsifying a report also needs assault charges for shoving him down on the bench the way he did.
