I lot easier to deal combat damage in EDH rather than 2 player, so I would expect Calix to be strong!

Hey Mr. Parnell, I made comment about how to sell collection a few vids ago. The buddy has a (unlimited) Time Vault, but vandalized (says "not yours" on it 😂) but inspecting the card comparing it to other unlimited, there is slight difference in border width, and knowing he got it from ebay many years ago, I wonder if it's fake, and they maybe just wrote on it to distract from this. Do you have much experience in grading+authentication of cards? Perhaps I could send it to you and you could make a video on how to tell a fake from real 😂 (but it would be a boring vid if it turns out real I guess) Otherwise, where could I go to get someone to verify fake or not? Would most LGS have enough experience and tools to tell?

I appreciate the offer, but I wouldn't be comfortable being in possession of someone's else card, regardless of authenticity. Ultimately any LGS/vendor could be taking on a risk by attempting to authenticate it- if you're looking to sell it, then feel free to attempt to do so with the caveat that you note you're unsure of it's authenticity. As long as they buyer makes an offer under than pretense, then everything is above board. If a seller makes an offer, but it is low claiming "I'm offering less since we don't know if it's real," I would advise to not take that offer, as they likely feel it is real and are hoping to purchase a discounted Time Vault. This is the most advice I'm willing to give on this topic for free, but I think it should be helpful to your and your friend!
