And the secret is GPT for Sheets.
Here are the steps:
1. Get the spreadsheet (I prefilled it with some prompts for you so you can play around). Copy it into your own drive, make it yours (we made it so you can’t edit the sheet)

2. Go to the spreadsheet and replace the fields where I say {INPUT} and replace it with your topic phrase.
I use the [Control]+[F] to find and replace… it’s super fast!!
3. Connect it to GPT for Sheets (it is a free chrome extension, look it up and connect it)
4. Put your Open.ai key in (here are the instructions for how to do that).
5. Hit refresh on the sheet!! (You might need to hit enter on each cell).

You make this seem so easy but I can't get it to work. Have been trying for an hour now. Installed the extension, copied your wording to my own spreadsheet and put my own phrase in the input but get nothing when I hit enter. What am I missing?

So, it looks like this is a paid situation. You can only have a trial offer and then it will require you to be on a paid plan to use the API. Am I missing something?
