Your vids was the reason I started testing Obsidian. I just found these sw PKS. Initially I thought about starting with Roam Research, but today there is no free version. Roam seemed to me to have an intuitive and interesting way of working. Searching for options to Roam I found Obsidian, Remote and many others. If it gets too big, you can zoom back by using cmd and the - key instead (or ctrl instead of cmd if you're on Windows).I hope that helps!
