This splendid instructor deserves much praise. I am 70 years old and been doing Martial Arts since I was 13. Mostly I practice Hao and Wu styles of Tai-Chi; they are very compatible with each other. This is the best Hsing-I I have ever seen, thank you for posting.

@@nhoj277 The structure, alignment, and linkage shown in this video are very impressive. Those who are cynical and critical on the internet are not generally well educated, and practice their own style of Martial Arts with their keyboards. They are jealous and annoying, but little more.
