Why is everything from a can? Isn’t there a healthier alternative of making everything from scratch? I despise canned goods 🤢🤮
@MascaraandMacaroons5 жыл бұрын
This was the closest recipe that i found to the original.Yes, items are canned, i never stated that this was a healthy recipe. I think i actually said that its not in the video. In my day to day life I rarely use canned items, so I'm ok with them occasionally. Thats amazing that you are able to do all of your cooking from scratch!

Then it's clearly not the recipe for YOU.

Sometimes canned is healthier than fresh. Because like fresh produce that has sit out for days losing its nutritional value. While canned is prepared right at peak. Low sodium and low fat are available also. Also using canned products isn't unhealthy especially used occasionally. Fresh ingredients is always better for a lot of reasons. Unless we know exactly where they're grown, doesn't always make them healthy. Maybe you could have a video of your own using "semi" fresh ingredients unless you grow your own. Good luck.
