Thanks, I moved from California in 2022 and miss In N Out. Last year I was in the Bay area for 3 days and each of those 3 days I ate at a different In N Out. The quality and taste were all consistently excellent.

Baby Back Maniac yeah I mean, I guess that sorta counts but i just think without a payoff shot of trying and reacting to what we’ve watched you cook, you’re just not really doing all your hard work justice. I look at the meteoric success of a channel like Guga Foods and see how it’s soooo much about the payoff at the end. His videos are so consistent in their flow and presentation every time. This was great but man was there a gaping hole in the end. Just my take. Been subscribed to the Ballistic for a long time

Thank you for the feedback Patrick. When I look at my video analytics, I always notice a huge drop-off as soon as I top the burger. I know some viewers want (and like) to see me bite into the burger. But the majority of my viewers don't even watch it. So, I'm experimenting a bit by tossing it in at the front end.

Less mayo and they add sour cream that’s why it has to be refrigerated. On the onion they use a yellow Bermuda ( hard to find) . Great video

Man, I'm from the United Arab Emirates. It's been months since I had me a good old In-N-Out burger, and I'm convinced the Koran is missing a chapter about the prophet of barbeques. Sarah T I apologize, I like making light of almost anything. I believe the Quran is unflawed, and that there is only one ‘version’ of it, written in the Arabic language. It’s a sin to make fun of the Quran, but nothing is said about small lighthearted jokes. If anything, it brings everyone closer to each other. The prophet PBUH used to tell jokes, as long as there’s no insults or harm, I believe it’s fine. And God knows what’s best.

As a south Appalachian we don't have an in and out anywhere remotely close and I got the opportunity a few years ago while in the San Jose area to try them out and I've been in In And Out withdrawal ever since. You can often get 73%/27% ground beef from the supermarket. Ralphs has it in the meat section next to the 80/20 and others have it in a 1# or 3# chub. It works really well for fast food burger clones.

Been watching you for about a year (and all previous videos) and that was my favourite one yet. The burger seemed so juicy so surprising it was just 25% fat. We don’t get in n out in Scotland but the sauce reminded me of a mix between Big Mac and big tasty - 2 of my favourites. Anyway, great job. A masterpiece!

Greg, if I had to guess (I could be wrong); putting the dehydrated onions in the sauce allows them to rehydrate using the moisture from the sauce itself, thereby intensifying the flavor?
