Charter change? Well, that's a political question, meaning one best left to the public to decide. Personally, I don't have enough information to form an informed opinion, because all I am aware of is that they want to amend the economic provisions. But I believe that the constitution is fine on its own, and energy can be better diverted to other issues (like traffic, WFH/hybrid, and alternative modes of transportation, education, etc). If charter change does push through, I hope they confine it only to the matters the promised, such as the economic provisions, and I hope they don't sneak in changes on term limits and other similar stuff. Finally, while I am not aware of the proposed changes to the economic provisions, I am not in favor of allowing foreigners to handle some matters that should be within the exclusive control of Filipinos, such as those in the foreign investments act negative list.

Hello. Baka ibig nyo itanong ay, infringement ba yun. Copyright ay yung karapatan, infringement ay yung pagnakaw o paggamit ng walang pahintulot nung karapatan. Kung share lang naman, wala naman usually problema, basta I-credit dapat yung artist. Basta wag lang nakawin, pagkakitaan, o angkinin. Hi, that is mentioned somewhere in the videos. The answer is the heirs of the author. But if the author died in the 1800s, then the work most likely has already passed into the public domain, because intellectual property rights are protected for certain limited periods. This has also been discussed. Kindly re-watch, or better yet, study the law itself. Good luck! :)

Hello. Similar po sila, pero ang forced leave sa batas ng Pilipinas ay sakop ng floating status, at hindi pwede sumobra ng 6 months. Ang skeletal work force po ay authorized po ng DOLE ngayon dahil sa Covid-19 pandemic, para sa safety rin ito ng empleyado. Wala naman po requirement ang batas sa skeletal workforce na unahin ang regular kesa sa contractual employee, kaya depende po ito sa management. Pwede nila piliin kung sino po ang papasok, depende sa pangangailangan nila. Kung sa tingin nyo po ay baka may mali na nangyari sa inyo, maaari po kayo mag-hire ng abogado. Maaari din kayo mag set ng appointment sa amin. O di kaya maaari din po na dumiretso na kayo sa NLRC at maghain ng reklamo. May tutulong naman po sa inyo doon. Salamat po.
